Are you a strategic and visionary supply chain leader ready to shape the future of regional operations? This role focuses on strategic areas such as Demand Planning, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Last Mile Distribution, Go-to-Market (GTM) definition, and integration processes — driving transformation across Europe to enhance visibility, performance, and collaboration within the supply chain. Responsibilities related to Supply Planning, Manufacturing Planning, or Supply Chain Excellence fall outside the scope of this position, allowing you to focus on strategic alignment and execution.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering strategic leadership and operational excellence through:

• Providing clear leadership and direction to regional supply chain teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement.
• Leading the implementation of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle to enhance transparency and decision-making at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Developing and managing an agile distribution model that balances service excellence with sustainable costs.
• Designing and executing initiatives that strengthen supply chain performance, achieve cost savings, and improve supplier and distribution efficiency.
• Establishing robust processes to continuously optimize inventories in alignment with business objectives.
• Implementing integrated systems and streamlined processes to improve efficiency and create a lasting competitive advantage.
• Defining, monitoring, and driving key performance indicators (KPIs) across demand planning, logistics, inventory, cost control, and service levels.
• Overseeing accurate and effective master demand planning across multiple markets or clusters to support strategic goals.
• Ensuring compliance with regional standards and patient access or distribution guidelines.

What You’ll Bring

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams across multiple markets, driving collaboration and accountability.
• Extensive experience in regional or multi-market supply chain management within the pharmaceutical, consumer goods, or related sectors.
• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with a track record of implementing high-impact supply chain initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated expertise in key areas such as Demand Planning, IBP, and Distribution management.
• Advanced analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities to address complex challenges.
• Proficiency in ERP and advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP/APO/SNP).
• Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt) and/or professional supply chain credentials (APICS, IBF) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with emerging digital supply chain technologies and tools (AI, IoT, advanced analytics) is desirable.
