The Head of Supply Chain KPI at One Mobility Group will oversee the Autokabel SubBU sites, supporting business success by measuring and analysing supply‑chain performance. This includes managing risks in the supply and supply‑chain legal management.
Lead the Supply Chain KPI organization across all domains, including KPI management, risk management, and legal requirements management.
Set targets, budgets, and key performance indicators for the supply chain, and monitor implementation and compliance.
Measure and analyse supply‑chain performance using metrics such as delivery time, cost, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and optimise costs across the entire supply chain, including procurement, production, storage, and transportation.
Identify and assess supply‑chain risks, and develop risk‑mitigation measures.
Create transparency around supply‑chain processes and performance to identify and resolve bottlenecks and disruptions at an early stage.
Supply‑chain legal management focuses on ensuring legal compliance and minimising legal risks throughout the entire supply‑chain process from sourcing raw materials to delivering the final product. This involves adhering to relevant laws and regulations, managing contracts, and implementing due‑diligence measures to address human rights and environmental concerns.
Contract Law : Managing contracts with suppliers and manufacturers to protect the company’s interests.
Due Diligence : Actively identifying and assessing potential risks related to human rights and environmental issues within the supply chain.
Preventative Measures : Implementing policies, procedures, and training to mitigate identified risks.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations : Including adherence to the German Supply Chain Act (LkSG) and the upcoming EU Supply‑Chain Directive, which impose due‑diligence obligations for human rights and environmental protection.
Lead and develop a high‑performing team.
Education : Master's Degree in Business Administration, Law, or equivalent.
Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Over 5 years of experience in supply‑chain management leadership within the automotive industry.
Outstanding communication skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
Proven leadership experience.
Experience in a multi‑BU or holding‑based organization is a plus.
Readiness for 20 % travel.
