• Optimize logistics, material flows and supply chain processes across segments balancing cost, cash and growth.
• Drive transformation, digitalization and process simplification to improve efficiency and performance.
• Strengthen resilience, agility and operational excellence through analytics and new ways of working.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies to align priorities with business objectives.
• Take site ownership of the Emsdetten Distribution Center.

We are now looking for a passionate Head of Supply Chain EMEA to join our team. This position reports to VP Operations Land Vehicles and will be based in Emsdetten, Germany.

About the position

As Head of Supply Chain EMEA, you will lead and transform the end-to-end supply chain across the region. You will connect planning and fulfillment with business priorities to drive growth, improve performance and create business value.

In this strategic leadership role, you will simplify complexity, drive change and build a more efficient, resilient and data-driven supply chain organization.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing regional Supply Chain organization, with a direct reporting team, building strong accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Define and execute the EMEA Supply Chain strategy, organization and ways of working.
• Drive integrated business planning that enables better decision-making and alignment across Sales, Operations, Finance and other key stakeholders.
• Improve planning accuracy, inventory performance, delivery reliability and working capital through data-driven performance management.
• Optimize logistics, material flows and supply chain processes across business segments while balancing cost, cash and growth objectives.
• Drive transformation, digitalization and process simplification initiatives to improve efficiency and business performance.
• Strengthen business resilience, agility and operational excellence through improved systems, analytics and ways of working.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies to align supply chain priorities with overall business objectives.
• Take site ownership of the Emsdetten Distribution Center.

A suitable background

would be a minimum of 7 years of leadership experience within supply chain, logistics, planning and operations in an international manufacturing or engineering environment, as well as the following qualifications and experiences:

• Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation and change initiatives with measurable business results.
• Deep expertise in integrated business planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics and order fulfillment.
• Strong experience managing both production-related supply chains and distribution/logistics operations across an end-to-end value chain.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience driving business cases, working capital improvements, cost optimization and performance management.
• Experience utilizing ERP systems, data analytics and digital tools.
• University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• Fluent English and German, both written and spoken. Additional European languages are advantageous.
