A tech company based in Berlin seeks a Head of Partnerships to drive its growth strategy. This role involves managing a team, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and developing Go-To-Market plans with global partners. The Talon.One partnership team works to build and manage strategic relationships with global systems integrations, digital agencies and other SaaS vendors to achieve mutual goals, such as expanding market reach, increasing sales, and enhancing product offerings. Partner managers identify potential partners, negotiate agreements, and develop joint GTM plans, which include marketing, sales, enablement and technical integration efforts.
As Head of Partnerships, you drive a key part of Talon.One’s growth strategy and with your team are responsible for developing our GTM strategy with our solutions partners. Talon.One works with global system integrators and digital agencies like Accenture, Deloitte Digital, EPAM and WPP Group.
Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, you will be responsible for implementing the strategy, managing a team of partner managers, guiding them to develop and execute GTM plans including co-sell and joint services offerings, joint pipeline development, co-marketing, and track and deliver key metrics/impact.
This role will require close collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing teams, and other internal stakeholders.
The head of partnerships role is a blend of strategic decision making and tactical execution, in which you will own decisions, implementation, and outcomes.
Please note that, due to the urgency of the role, we would prefer to meet professionals who are already located in Berlin or Germany.
