Job summary

We Love X GmbH is seeking an SEO Lead to own our affiliate portfolio and scale it across international markets. You will drive SEO strategy across multiple affiliate sites, work with top publishers, and directly impact revenue.

You’ll lead a small team of SEO Content Managers, set direction, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and collaborate with publishers, vertical managers, and content teams to turn opportunities into measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Substantial on-page and off-page SEO experience with scalable growth.
• Proven track record of managing a team and maintaining high standards.
• C2 German and fluent English (C1+), able to work with stakeholders in both languages.
• Based in Berlin or open to remote candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue expansion of existing affiliate sites: develop and implement long-term SEO strategies, optimize high-value pages for rankings and CTR, own backlink campaigns across multiple affiliate sites.
• Launch new affiliate sites end to end: from keyword clustering and topic mapping to content structure and go-live.
• Drive on-page and off-page performance: conduct content audits, improve SERP feature capture, manage link-building with agencies and publishers.
• Identify and unlock growth opportunities: research publishers, size new markets, assess domain authority and traffic trends.
• Manage and develop a team of SEO Content Managers: set priorities, coach for growth, hold people accountable.

About the Job

We're looking for an SEO Lead to take ownership of our affiliate portfolio and scale it. You'll work with some of the biggest publishers in the world and have a direct impact on revenue.

You'll drive SEO strategy across multiple affiliate sites spanning a wide variety of verticals, lead continuous go-lives into new markets, and manage a small team of SEO Content Managers. You'll have the autonomy to set direction, prioritize what moves the needle, and act fast when things change - because in SEO, they always do.

• Identify and unlock growth opportunities: Research publishers, size new markets, assess domain authority and traffic trends, and weigh expansion options against business growth frameworks.
• Manage and develop a team of SEO Content Managers: Set clear priorities, hold people accountable, coach for growth, and have the hard conversations when needed.

This is what you’ve got

• Substantial on-page and off-page experience in SEO, with a track record of driving organic growth at scale.
• Proven experience managing a team and getting the best out of people while keeping standards high.
• C2 German and fluent in English (C1+), you can operate confidently with stakeholders in both languages.
• Ideally based in Berlin, although we're also open to remote candidates
• Analytical and structured - you prioritize what matters, communicate clearly, and make decisions under pressure.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flat, startup-style environment.
• Experience in iGaming or other affiliate marketing industries is a plus.
