Overview

Here's your chance to show your strategic and operational skills as a revenue leader in transitioning a Series A SaaS scale-up in AI, from a founder-led sales motion, to a professional GTM motion, while being exposed to 3 top-tier VCs.

With strong market traction, a €28M Series A in '25, and rapid growth across Europe, the company is reshaping its market. Already trusted by 100+ customers across 3,000+ sites, the team is scaling 3x annually and building the category-defining solution.

This is a Head of Sales role, with a VP level mandate on the whole GTM motion.

You’ll be at the center of this transformation—working with ambitious founders, a mission-driven team, and high-caliber VC partners and advisors.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: up to €250,000 OTE (60/40 to 50/50 split)

Substantial equity participation (€150,000 – €200,000)

Team Size & Leadership Scope

Direct Reports: 5 initially (3 SDRs, 2 AEs - 4 more being hired now), expanding rapidly

Team Size: Scaling to 20+ soon

Key Collaboration: RevOps, Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and expand the AE/SDR teams, driving a performance culture and ARR growth
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management, and board-level reporting
  • Define and refine high-velocity sales motions and process discipline
  • Jump into complex, mid-market deals when needed—battle-ready and hands-on to help the team close deals
  • Collaborate with RevOps to optimize CRM, KPIs, and reporting infrastructure
  • Partner with Product & Marketing to sharpen GTM execution and messaging
  • Drive organizational design: team structure, hiring, training, and progression
Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including 2+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven success scaling sales teams in fast-growth, VC-backed environments
  • Track record selling complex solutions to the German Mittelstand
  • Experience managing SDRs & AEs, with strong coaching and progression results
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Berlin based

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Sold to CFO, CEO, Procurement
  • Experience leading organizational transitions (comp plans, processes, GTM models)
