Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader for Reporting & Planning to guide a global finance team, turning complex data into actionable insights and shaping financial reporting and planning.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and optimization across international units, champion data-driven decisions, and advance automation and AI in finance, collaborating with stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance & Controlling, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in reporting, planning, controlling, or analytics—ideally in an international growth environment.
• Experience in international, cross-functional projects, e.g., group consolidation.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP FI/CO as well as reporting and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical skills, quality awareness, and a hands-on mentality.
• Enjoyment in intelligently further developing established processes.
• Confident communication in German and English—even in an international stakeholder environment.
