You’ll bring this with you:

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, supply chain management, engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of management experience in strategic purchasing and supply chain management in a medium‑size company and in the aerospace industry
• Demonstrable success in transformations and/or growth projects
• Strong digital affinity and experience using modern IT and ERP systems in an SAP environment
• Leadership skills: motivating, assertive, and hands‑on
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in German and English
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills. Will and energy to make things happen and achieve ambitious goals.
