Skeleton Technologies GmbH is seeking an experienced Head of People to define and execute a data-driven People & Culture strategy across multiple locations. You will partner with senior leaders, lead People, Talent Acquisition and Office teams, and use analytics to guide decisions and scale the business.

You will drive high-performance culture, employer branding, and change initiatives while ensuring compliant HR processes and strong employee relations across international sites.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leadership experience in a fast-growing, international environment.
• Proven experience leading HR across multiple countries.
• Strong data-driven mindset and experience with people analytics.
• Strong knowledge of German labor law and employee relations; legal background or close legal collaboration is a major plus.
• Confidence partnering with senior leaders; hands-on and pragmatic approach.
• Fluent in German and English.

Head of People (m/f/x)

You will define and execute our data‑driven People & Culture strategy "Top Performer" across multiple locations. You will be as a strategic partner to leaders and a hands‑on HR leader who uses people data and insights to guide decisions, measure impact, and continuously improve how we scale.

You will further be involved in the following areas:
