About the role - what will you do here?

• Build and grow the marketing team (3 FTE now)
• You’ll own the brand, positioning and messaging
• Content & Performance Strategy (2 main pillars)
• Experimenting/defining the perfect channel mix
• You’ll help lead the expansion into EU markets

About you - what experience do you bring?

• You’re in Berlin and German is your first language
• 5+ years B2B marketing experience (ideally SaaS)
• Deep experience in Content OR Performance
• Experience working at a high growth scale-up
• Action-biased and able to be very hands‑on
