Head of Marketing (m/f/d) – Digital Banking
We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead brand strategy, growth, and customer engagement for a fast-growing digital retail bank. This is a high-impact leadership role driving marketing across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategy: awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Own brand positioning, digital campaigns, media strategy, and creative direction.
- Drive customer growth through paid media, social, SEO/SEM, influencer, partnerships, and performance marketing.
- Lead data-driven segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
- Launch marketing for new products: payments, cards, lending, savings, and app features.
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Sales, and Customer Experience teams.
- Manage marketing budget and optimize ROI, CAC/LTV, and conversion funnels.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Monitor competitor landscape and emerging digital marketing trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years in marketing, including 2+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience in digital banking, fintech, telecom, e-commerce, or tech-driven consumer businesses.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, martech, analytics, and campaign automation.
- Creative mindset with commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in fast-paced, innovative environments; familiarity with Eastern/Southeastern European markets is a plus.
- German language at a conversational level
