An established industrial company in Hamburg is seeking an experienced Head of Engineering/Maintenance (m/f/d) to oversee the technical infrastructure and drive strategic projects. Key responsibilities include developing technical strategies, managing investment projects, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. On behalf of an established industrial company from the chemical sector in Hamburg, we are looking for an experienced manager for a permanent position (direct placement) as Head of Engineering / Maintenance (m / f / d). Take responsibility for the entire technical infrastructure of the Hamburg site and drive strategic projects forward!

Academic degree : A degree (diploma / master's degree) in process engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or a related technical field.
Industry knowledge : Several years of relevant work experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical or food processing industry.
Leadership and projects : Extensive experience in the implementation of complex investment projects as well as in process management.
Personal strengths : Decisiveness , a confident manner and a structured, independent way of working with a strong hands‑on mentality.
