Your tasks

Strategic orientation : You develop the company's technical strategy and plan long-term investments.

Plant availability : You ensure the operational readiness of the technical systems, machines and building services through effective preventive maintenance and rectify weak points.

Project management : You manage investment projects for the further development of the infrastructure (systems, machines, buildings), prepare the basis for decisions and report to the steering committees.

Personnel management & control : You manage the associated technical department in disciplinary and technical terms and coordinate external service providers.

Compliance & safety : You will ensure compliance with relevant environmental protection, immission control and plant safety regulations (including BImSchG, 12th BImschV, BetrSichV).

Your profile

Academic degree : A degree (diploma / master's degree) in process engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or a related technical field.

Industry knowledge : Several years of relevant work experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical or food processing industry.
