Overview

The Position
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Integration Engineering Manager to lead a team of integration engineers in designing, developing, and scaling enterprise-grade APIs and integrations. This role will drive the creation of best practices, reusable components, and training programs to upskill IT teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern integration platforms such as SnapLogic, Informatica Cloud, and SAP Integration Suite, and a passion for enabling digital transformation through seamless connectivity.

Responsibilities

• You will lead and mentor a team of integration engineers, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Define and implement a vision for an integration center of excellence (COE), focusing on architecture consulting, enablement, coaching, and upskilling
• Integrate, define and execute best practices in alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives
• Establish and maintain best practice frameworks for API lifecycle management, integration patterns, and data flow security
• Develop scalable, secure, and reusable connectors, components, and templates to ensure engineering excellence
• Promote low-code/no-code platforms and automation tools to accelerate delivery and efficiency
• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and documentation to upskill IT teams in integration technologies and best practices
• Create reusable templates, connectors, and design patterns to standardize integration development as a foundation for future initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Extensive experience in integration engineering with several years in a leadership role
• Proven expertise in API design (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), integration architecture, and cloud-native development
• Hands-on experience with SnapLogic, Informatica Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of enterprise data flows, security protocols, and DevOps practices
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and microservices architecture; familiarity with AGILE / SCRUM
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and API management platforms (e.g., Apigee, MuleSoft); relevant certifications (e.g., SnapLogic Certified, Informatica Specialist, SAP Integration Suite) are a plus
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team-building skills
