Exciting Leadership Opportunity - Head of Inside Sales (m/f/d) - MedTech

We are supporting a leading, family-owned MedTech company specialising in advanced ophthalmic solutions, present in over 100 countries and recognised as a technology leader in refractive and corneal surgery. They are looking for an experienced Head of Inside Sales to join their team and drive growth across their global client base.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Inside Sales team, coaching and motivating individuals to achieve targets.
  • Define and execute sales strategies that generate leads and increase revenue.
  • Work closely with marketing, field service, and applications teams to optimise processes and improve efficiency.
  • Analyse KPIs, manage pipelines, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Take ownership of forecasts, reporting, and performance metrics to support business decisions.
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience in Inside Sales, ideally with leadership responsibility.
  • Track record of delivering results through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a comfort for numbers and CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus).

  • Excellent German and English communication skills.
