About the Venture

At Mirelo, we are building a foundational AI model that generates realistic audio from video and text. Our technology powers content creation across video platforms, gaming, and creative industries – enabling creators to work with sound in ways that weren't possible before. Founded by AI researchers from leading universities and backed by Atlantic Labs and other top-tier investors, we've built the technology. Now we're ready to bring it to market.

About the Role

We need our first growth hire to build and execute our go-to-market strategy. This isn't traditional marketing or sales. You will create commercial infrastructure from scratch, generate enterprise pipelines, scale creator acquisition, and prove what works across different customer segments – from individual creators to large platforms.

Our founder closes the major deals. You own everything around those conversations: pipeline generation, positioning, community building, content, partnerships, performance marketing, and the systems that scale.

This role requires someone who can think strategically and execute directly. You'll build infrastructure that works, generate real commercial traction, and operate effectively in ambiguity.

What You'll Do
  • Build growth infrastructure from zero: sales funnels, CRM, tracking, and go-to-market playbooks for B2B and B2C.
  • Own multi-channel acquisition: performance marketing, creator partnerships, content strategy, and growth experiments that deliver results.
  • Define positioning and brand: craft messaging for technical buyers and creative users. Write copy that converts.
  • Scale what works: turn early wins into repeatable systems. Build analytics to understand what's driving growth.
  • Enable partnerships and community: develop creator programs, developer relations, and co-marketing opportunities.
About You

Your ability to build and scale growth engines matters more than credentials. What counts is operating across strategy and execution, and delivering commercial results in uncertain territory.

You've likely gained experience in one or more of these environments:

  • Early growth roles (first 5-20 hires) at startups that achieved traction
  • AI products, creator tools, video platforms, game development, or music production
  • Performance marketing, community building, or product-led growth that delivered results
  • Building something from 0-1: launched a product, scaled a content engine, or grew a channel

Beyond background, we're looking for someone who:

  • Is technical enough to understand APIs, speak credibly to developers, and understand what makes our AI work – but doesn't need to be an engineer
  • Can context-switch effectively: write thought leadership, set up ad campaigns, engage creators, analyze funnels, and speak to enterprise buyers
  • Defaults to action over planning – you test, learn, and iterate quickly
  • Works well in ambiguity – the playbook doesn't exist yet
  • Has intuition for product-led growth and understands how products can market themselves
  • Operates autonomously – you don't wait for direction
