Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of leadership experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Commercial Leadership, or General Management within an international organization.
• Deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket, industrial distribution, engineered products, or related sectors.
• Proven track record of building and transforming sourcing organizations, supplier networks, and procurement capabilities on a global scale.
• Experience developing supplier ecosystems and sourcing strategies across Asia, particularly China and India.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth, innovation, cost competitiveness, quality, and supply chain resilience.
• Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation, change management, and cross-functional business initiatives.
• Experience working across multiple regions and cultures, with exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a passion for developing high-performing international teams.
• Willingness to be based in Shanghai or travel extensively within Asia and globally.

• Build a Global Sourcing Organization: Develop and execute a global sourcing strategy, establish governance, and build a high-performing international team.
• Drive Business Growth: Partner with leadership, product management, and commercial teams to expand product coverage and support growth of the aftermarket portfolio.
• Develop a Competitive Global Supply Base: Identify, qualify, and develop strategic suppliers while building sourcing capabilities across key global markets, particularly Asia.

• Contribute to Strategic Leadership: Serve as a key member of the leadership team, helping shape long-term business, sourcing, and growth strategies.
