Zusammenfassung

TeleClinic, Germany’s leading telemedicine platform, is seeking a Head of Finance to build the financial foundation for rapid growth and European expansion. You will lead end-to-end accounting, tax and audit, drive FP&A, cash flow management, and BI, and secure funding to fuel scale.

You’ll shape the finance organization, develop talent, partner with executives and boards, and steer international market entry while maintaining strong governance and transparent investor relations.

To make that happen, we’re looking for a Head of Finance (m/f/d) to establish the financial foundation that keeps our growth healthy and our expansion on track.

Your mission

• Build a lean, highly effective finance organization that acts as the backbone of our fast, profitable growth – with clear structures, smart processes and a strong team.
• Own the full accounting function end to end: bookkeeping, month‑end and year‑end close, tax and audit, and clean, timely financial statements you can stand behind.
• Own our financial steering and Business Intelligence: accurate forecasts, healthy cash conversion, and the BI, dashboards and data infrastructure that give the whole company numbers it can steer by.
• Secure the funding for our growth so we have the means to invest boldly and scale.
• Run high‑quality investor relations: be the dependable, transparent partner our board and stakeholders count on.
• Drive our internationalization: lead the entry into new European markets all the way to go‑to‑market, before operational ownership transitions.
• Lead and grow your team: develop talent, give ownership, and build a culture where people do their best work.

Your profile

• Several years in a finance leadership role, ideally in a fast‑growing, data‑driven environment
• Solid accounting expertise: you’ve owned bookkeeping, month‑end/year‑end close, tax and audit (HGB and IFRS).
• Strong expertise in financial planning & analysis, and cash‑ and working capital management.
• A data‑driven mindset, with experience owning or working closely with Business Intelligence.
• Experience with debt financing and/or fundraising, and working with investors and boards.
• A track record of building and developing teams – you lead with clarity and care.
• An entrepreneurial, hands‑on mindset: you think strategically and still get things done.
• Fluent in English and German.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, telemedicine or another regulated market.
• Experience with international expansion and market entries.
• Experience with M&A processes.
