much. Consulting is an ERP & automation consultancy with 120 people across Germany, Portugal and the UK. You join as the first finance leader and will build the finance function from scratch, reporting to the CEO and guiding M&A efforts.

You will develop cash flow, budgets and intercompany structures, while collaborating with external tax advisors; expect freedom to design processes and make impactful decisions in a growing, profit-focused business. Hybrid Munich office.

Qualifikationen

• 3–6 years in audit, transaction services or finance at a growing company.
• Deep accounting and controlling knowledge across multiple countries.
• Fast learner who enjoys taking on new challenges.
• Act as if it's your own money; cost-conscious mindset.
• Experience with data in systems; SQL or ERP experience helps.
• Fluent in English and German (C1 minimum).

much. Consulting is an ERP & automation consultancy with 120 people in Germany, Portugal and the UK. We grow fast and profitable, which gives us room to make bold moves. Next up: building a finance function that matches our size and starting to acquire competitors.

The role

You join as the first finance leader of the group and report directly to the CEO. Your job is to take our finance function to the next level and kickstart our M&A. You work with a small team and our external tax advisors (in all countries) and a lot of freedom in how you build things. Nothing is set in stone and much needs improvement. You'll build processes from scratch, fix what's broken yourself and decide what's worth doing at all.

Tasks

• Develop and control cash, business plan and budgets
• Maintain transfer pricing and intercompany agreements together with our advisors
• Be our treasurer, find savings in our cost base and see them through
• Work on acquisitions: financial models, due diligence, financing and integrating new companies into group reporting

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years in audit, transaction services or finance at a growing company
• Deep accounting and controlling knowledge, ideally across multiple countries
• You learn fast and enjoy taking on things you haven't done before
• You act like it's your own money, because at our size every euro you save shows up
• You'd rather build the cash forecast yourself than write a concept for it
• You prefer working with data in systems over manual processes; SQL or ERP experience helps
• Fluent in English and German (both min. C1)
