Role Overview

The Head of Finance will take ownership of group consolidation, reporting, and finance operations. The scope is hands‑on, focused on stabilising and building foundational finance processes. This is a pivotal role reporting to the Group CFO and supporting group‑wide transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Accounting, Controlling, Reporting, Digitalisation, and Post‑Merger Integration.
• Lead group consolidation across the group.
• Oversee and simplify the current Lucanet setup.
• Manage monthly and quarterly bank reporting.
• Build and standardise internal reporting structures.
• Establish scalable and audit‑compliant finance processes.
• Collaborate with external accountants using DATEV.
• Support financial aspects of post‑merger integration (PMI).
• Improve data consistency and reporting quality across the group.
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions.

Essential Experience

• Strong background in both group accounting and group controlling.
• Hands‑on expertise with Lucanet in consolidation and reporting.
• Experience simplifying financial systems and reporting structures.
• Familiarity with post‑merger integration in fast‑paced environments.

Preferred Experience

• Working knowledge of DATEV.
• Experience with FX and multi‑currency reporting.
