At MKS Instruments in Feucht, we seek a Senior Manager Engineering to lead our engineering organization and coordinate with teams in Guangzhou and Thailand. You will drive organizational development, define clear roles, and advance modern engineering practices through Agile/Scrum, digitalization and AI initiatives.

You will build talent pipelines, foster cross‑functional collaboration with PM, R&D and operations, and navigate a matrix, international environment with strong stakeholder management

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a comparable technical discipline.
• Several years of leadership experience in Engineering within an industrial or technology-driven environment.
• Proven people leadership, change management and organizational development capabilities.
• Experience working in international and matrix organizations.
• Strong intercultural skills; experience working with Asian, particularly Chinese, teams is highly valued.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or comparable modern Engineering methodologies.
• Interest in and experience with digitalization and AI applications in Engineering is an advantage.
• Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on leadership style.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
