Excelloit Consultancy Services GmbH in Germany seeks an experienced Head of Data Analytics to shape our enterprise-wide analytics strategy. You will build a modern platform with real-time reporting and KPI dashboards and lead a growing analytics team.

You will drive product analytics and BI, apply AI/ML to business outcomes, ensure governance and privacy, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations on data standards and decision-making.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of experience in Data Analytics with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong experience in Product Analytics and Business Intelligence.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI and Machine Learning concepts.
• Experience developing data strategies and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
