The Team - your impact

As Head of Customer Interaction & Business Intelligence Solutions (f / m / d), you will lead a diverse, international team of experts focused on strategic advisory and delivery of cutting‑edge solutions in the fields of Conversational AI and Dashboard-as-a-Service (DaaS). Your team plays a critical role in transforming customer experience through digital avatars, AI agents, and data‑driven insights. Together, you will drive E.ON's ambition to offer seamless and intelligent digital interactions to both internal and external customers.

Your Role - meaningful & rewarding
  • Lead a cross‑functional, international team across Germany and Romania
  • Lead the transformation of customer interaction and business insight capabilities through innovative digital solutions such as Conversational AI, Virtual Agents and analytics‑powered engagement.
  • Provide strategic consulting and steer solution implementation for internal business units across E.ON
  • Align services with E.ON's digital strategy and emerging technology trends
  • Ensure excellence in solution operations and continuous improvement
  • Drive the continuous evolution of an established solution portfolio by integrating innovation, customer value and business impact.
Your Profile - authentic & open‑minded
  • Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects in customer interaction or business intelligence
  • Strong strategic mindset and hands‑on experience with AI‑driven customer solutions and Power BI
  • Experienced in managing international teams and working in a matrix organization
  • Ability to consult, inspire and collaborate with senior stakeholders across different business units
  • Open to experimentation and passionate about shaping digital services for impact
  • Strong communicator with a high level of ownership and a collaborative spirit
  • Fluency in English and willingness to travel required, German skills are a plus
