This is a 2-year fixed‑term contract.
You lead Inverto’s Business Excellence department, defining and executing the regional strategic agenda for Inverto while connecting and aligning key stakeholders across Inverto and BCG. As a sparring partner to the COO and Management Team, you ensure focus and impact across functions and regions, shaping how Inverto drives excellence, growth, and strategic priorities. You orchestrate collaboration between Business Services Teams, Consulting, the Management Team, and BCG, ensuring transparency, alignment, and smooth delivery of key initiatives. You represent Business Excellence in leadership forums, driving visibility, knowledge sharing, and collaboration across the wider network.
You drive Inverto’s business and pipeline development as well as commercial processes, ensuring strategic consistency and measurable impact across regions. From enhancing pipeline quality, reports and tools to improving commercial standards and processes, you ensure our BD function operates at best‑in‑class level. Together with your team, you steer and monitor the overall BD performance agenda and deliver commercial capability initiatives to strengthen commercial excellence across offices.
You manage Inverto's strategic roadmap and expansion initiatives, conducting market entry assessments, identifying growth opportunities, and translating strategic objectives into action. Together with your team, you lead strategic, cross‑functional projects that strengthen Inverto’s growth and organizational maturity. You derive and share best practices across countries, fostering collaboration and knowledge transfer across the network. You also drive the preparation of our regional conferences, creating executive‑level materials and coordinating workstreams. Further you support our senior leadership with ad hoc analyses and strategic presentations.
You lead and develop a high‑performing team of business and strategy professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement. You set clear priorities for the department, define objectives, and create an environment that encourages accountability, innovation, and growth. By leading, mentoring and coaching team members, you empower them to deliver measurable impact across all areas of responsibility and to represent Inverto's values throughout the network.
