A global social change platform is seeking a Head of Communications in Berlin to lead their media strategy and team. This full-time hybrid role requires overseeing campaigns and building relationships across media and politics. Change.org is searching for a Head of Communications to lead the execution of Change.org’s presence in Germany. As a key member of our Marketing & Communications Team, you’ll lead the development of Change.org’s overarching brand & media strategy, oversee high-impact storytelling, top-tier media engagement, and a network of influential relationships to civil society & politics.

This role is based in Berlin. This is a full-time hybrid role, where we expect you to be in the Berlin office 2-3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely for the rest of the week.
Our compensation philosophy is based on pay equity. All of our salaries are determined before we launch a role – they are based on a predetermined salary scale, the level on that scale and the cost of labor for that location. We are open to three different levels of seniority for this role (Senior Manager, Associate Director, Director). The annual salary of an Associate Director of Communications is 114.000 EUR in Berlin.
