Deutsche Börse Group is seeking a Head of Category & Partner Management to shape group-wide category strategies, lead strategic sourcing, and drive a high-performing One Group Procurement organization.

You will advise senior leaders, manage complex supplier initiatives, and champion transformation, digitization, and sustainability across the procurement function.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of senior experience in procurement, category management, commercial leadership, or consulting.
• Strong track record in sourcing, supplier management, and high-value negotiations.
• Experience in international, complex, and regulated environments.
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Senior track record in transformation, digitization, and innovation.
• Proven people leadership focused on empowerment, talent development, and performance.
