TikTok’s Agency Partnership Team are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top agencies and brands across DACH, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging. We create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our shared brands. This role can be based in one of our three offices: Berlin, Munich & Hamburg
The Head of Agency Partnerships will lead our Agencies team, responsible for leading and building long term partnerships with media agencies and ecosystem players in the DACH region. The goal of the partnerships is to ensure sustained revenue and share‑of‑wallet growth for the platform, in close collaboration with the dedicated advertiser sales teams and other internal cross‑functional teams.
