Job summary

SystemsAccountants Inc. is seeking a Head of Accounting & Tax to lead and develop its finance function, owning accounting, tax and group consolidation while supporting the company's international growth.

You will manage group accounting, consolidation and international tax compliance, improve processes and internal controls, and collaborate with internal stakeholders, external advisors and auditors to ensure high-quality financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong technical accounting background, ideally from a leading audit firm.
• Solid knowledge of HGB and IFRS.
• Experience in corporate tax, VAT and cross-border matters.
• Understanding of group accounting, consolidation and financial controls.
• Experience in team leadership in international environments.
• Fluent in German and English.
• ERP experience, ideally NetSuite.
