Clostermanns Hof Golf Course is looking for a new Head Greenkeeper

Just 15 minutes from Cologne Cathedral and Bonn Minster, the Clostermanns Hof****S golf course is located in the heart of the countryside in Niederkassel-Uckendorf. The highest standards of quality and service have made Clostermanns Hof one of the best golfing destinations in the Cologne area in recent years, making every golfer's heart beat faster.

In addition to our 18-hole golf course with fairway irrigation and spacious practice facilities, the golf course also has a public 5-hole course. This provides the ideal conditions for an ambitious leader with a passion for greenkeeping.

As part of a succession plan, we are looking for an experienced and committed Head Greenkeeper (m/f/d) to lead our greenkeeping team, starting on 1 February 2026.

Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the care, maintenance and further development of the entire golf course
• Management, planning and organisation of the greenkeeping team
• Ensuring first-class course maintenance
• Planning and implementation of the necessary seasonal maintenance and renovation measures
• Budget responsibility in consultation with the management
• Checking and maintaining the machinery and irrigation technology
• Programming and, if necessary, repairing our irrigation system
• Planning and implementing plant protection measures and maintenance plans
• Collaborating on special projects to continuously develop our facility

Your Profile

• Training as a certified head greenkeeper or comparable qualification
• Experience in management positions in golf course maintenance
• In-depth specialist knowledge in the areas of turf care, plant protection, machinery and irrigation systems
• Good knowledge of game operations and tournament preparations
• Leadership skills, communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High level of commitment and passion for your profession
• Resilience and flexibility
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
• PC skills (including Word and Excel) and specific greenkeeping programmes Punctus
