The Hoxton, Charlottenburg, Berlin, is seeking a Hausmann (Linen Porter) to join our housekeeping team. The role is open to both full-time and part-time applicants, with flexible schedules and a focus on guest comfort.

You’ll report to the Head Housekeeper, clean and service guest rooms to brand standards, and oversee linen delivery and stocking while contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for guests staying at The Hoxton.

Qualifikationen

• Good communication skills (German and English favorable).
• Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
• Keen eye for detail and high cleaning standards.

We are currently looking for a Hausmann (Linen Porter) to join our Berlin Housekeeping team. We are open to both full-time and part-time applications, so whether you’re looking for a full schedule or a few days a week, we’d be happy to hear from you!

Reporting to our Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for providing brilliant and genuinely helpful customer service for every guest looking to stay in The Hoxton, Charlottenburg.

Our first Hoxton in Germany is home to 234 bedrooms of varying sizes, a ground floor restaurant, Lobby bar and streetside terrace and The Apartment – our unique meetings and events concept.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• To be responsible for the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, ensuring that these are always cleaned to brand standards, and are well presented and maintained.
• To oversee the delivery and collection of linen and terry on a daily basis.
• To be responsible for the stocking of linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and in stores, and to ensure that these storage areas are clean and well maintained.
• To ensure guest floors are clean and well maintained at all times.
• To assist with other tasks to support the housekeeping team as required.
• To ensure that all Health and Safety standards are adhered to and any breaches in standards are reported to the Head Housekeeper.
• To ensure all cleaning materials are handled correctly and to be fully aware of COSHH regulations.
• To attend all training sessions required.
• To maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even when working, to find solutions to challenges.
• To provide the highest level of customer care, and to provide a friendly, helpful and responsive level of service for our guests.
