Zusammenfassung

The Hoxton Berlin seeks a Hausmann (Linen Porter) to join our Berlin Housekeeping team. We’re open to both full-time and part-time applications, so whether you’re looking for a full schedule or a few days a week, we’d be happy to hear from you!

Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, you’ll ensure rooms are cleaned to brand standards, manage linen delivery and stock, and maintain a friendly, guest-focused service for our guests.

Qualifikationen

• Good communication skills to ensure smooth teamwork.
• German and English language proficiency is favorable.
• Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
• Attention to detail with a focus on high cleaning standards.

Aufgaben

• Clean and service guest rooms to brand standards and keep them well presented.
• Oversee daily linen and terry delivery and collection.
• Stock linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and in stores.
• Ensure guest floors are clean and well maintained at all times.
• Support the housekeeping team with additional tasks as required.
• Adhere to Health and Safety standards and COSHH regulations.
• Attend all training sessions required and maintain a positive attitude.
• Provide excellent customer care, with a friendly, helpful service.

We are currently looking for a Hausmann (Linen Porter) to join our Berlin Housekeeping team.We are open to both full-time and part-time applications, so whether you’re looking for a full schedule or a few days a week, we’d be happy to hear from you!

Reporting to our Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for providing brilliant and genuinely helpful customer service for every guest looking to stay in The Hoxton, Charlottenburg.

Our first Hoxton in Germany is home to 234 bedrooms of varying sizes, a ground floor restaurant, Lobby bar and streetside terrace and The Apartment – our unique meetings and events concept.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• To be responsible for the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, ensuring that these are always cleaned to brand standards, and are well presented and maintained.
• To oversee the delivery and collection of linen and terry on a daily basis.
• To be responsible for the stocking of linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and in stores, and to ensure that these storage areas are clean and well maintained.
• To ensure guest floors are clean and well maintained at all times.
• To assist with other tasks to support the housekeeping team as required.
• To ensure that all Health and Safety standards are adhered to and any breaches in standards are reported to the Head Housekeeper.
• To ensure all cleaning materials are handled correctly and to be fully aware of COSHH regulations.
• To attend all training sessions required.
• To maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even when working, to find solutions to challenges.
• To provide the highest level of customer care, and to provide a friendly, helpful and responsive level of service for our guests.
