Join the GTM Revolution at SalesCaptain — Where B2B Growth Happens

Since our beginnings in 2021, SalesCaptain has grown into a global force, working with fast‑growing B2B brands, YC & Techstars startups, and Series B&C companies, helping them go to market using a predictable process.

We are currently looking for a results‑driven GTM Strategy Lead to manage the outbound strategy, and communications with our international clients. This is a full‑time, remote position (working EU hours).

What you’ll do ✨
  • Manage the Strategy and execution of Cold Email and LinkedIn Outreach campaigns for our international clients
  • Create messaging for the Outbound campaigns using AI and in‑depth audience research
  • Build prospecting & list‑building workflows combining multiple data sources to help our Lead Generation team build high‑intent prospect lists
  • Leverage Clay for data scraping, AI, enrichment, and campaign orchestration to increase the ROI of GTM campaigns (optional, but preferred)
  • Evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimizations to help achieve our campaign KPIs and improve lead quantity
  • Identify, evaluate, and test new campaign angles and niches to increase positive replies
  • Communicate with clients and create reports to showcase progress and results

Positive Replies (Weekly), Client Satisfaction (NPS), Client Retention (Quarterly), New Ideas proposed to Clients (Monthly), Cost Per Positive Reply (Monthly)

Who you are ❤️🔥
  • At least 1‑2 years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Sales, or GTM
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Clay, Apollo, Hubspot, and the latest AI Sales tools
  • Proven ability to write high‑performing cold emails
  • Ability to build workflows using multiple data sources (e.g. Google Maps, Apify, Serper, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) and understanding of data scraping capabilities
  • Being well‑versed in prompt engineering and AI models
  • Tech‑savviness and a quick learner of new technologies and software
  • Experience in the Tech, SaaS, software industry, or in a high‑growth start‑up
  • Open to Sales Executives with relevant experience
