Zusammenfassung

Apaleo is hiring a RevOps Engineer to strengthen our GTM engine across sales, marketing, and customer success. You’ll own the CRM (HubSpot), ensure clean data, build AI-powered automations, and partner with the Team Lead RevOps to drive revenue growth.

You’ll work with an AI-native stack (n8n, Claude) and collaborate across GTM teams to optimize pipelines and data. This is a hands-on role in a diverse, international team with flexible remote options and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a RevOps, sales ops, or marketing ops role.
• Solid HubSpot skills with workflows, properties, and funnel metrics.
• Genuinely AI-fluent: uses AI tools daily and has built an automation or agent.
• Comfortable digging into messy data (calls, emails, tickets) to uncover insights.
• Documents work clearly so others can run it independently.
• Structured mindset with bias for action.
• Strong attention to detail while seeing the bigger picture.
• Genuine interest in pipeline construction and conversion dynamics.
• Excellent communication with GTM leadership.
• Experience with AI-native tools (Clay, n8n/Make, Claude/ChatGPT, Koala/ Clearbit)

About the role

Revenue Operations keeps Apaleo's GTM engine running, and running toward one thing: revenue growth. As our RevOps Engineer, you'll work across the go-to-market org making sure the systems and data behind the funnel are clean, fast, and increasingly AI-native. You'll work directly with our Team Lead RevOps, and while you'll touch nearly every GTM function, growth and pipeline are where your work has the clearest line to revenue.

What you'll do

• Own and maintain our CRM (HubSpot), keeping data clean, pipelines accurate, and workflows humming — the foundation everything AI touches depends on
• Query our data with AI to answer real business questions (why a metric moved, which accounts look like our best customers) instead of waiting on a dashboard to tell you
• Build AI agents and automations for repetitive RevOps work — CRM hygiene, lead routing, reporting — using n8n, Claude, and our existing stack
• When a number moves and the dashboard can't say why, dig into calls, emails, and tickets, using AI to get to the real cause faster
• Manage our toolstack day to day, including HubSpot, n8n, lemlist, modjo, sales navigator, etc.
• Document how each automation you build works — inputs, what it touches, when it should hand off to a human — so someone else could pick it up without you in the room
• Flag issues before they become problems and propose simple, practical fixes proactively, using AI to get there faster
• Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, partner management, onboarding, support, BI, finance, and product on cross-functional requests

What you bring

• Proven experience in a RevOps, sales ops, or marketing ops role
• Solid HubSpot skills, comfortable with workflows, properties, and reporting on funnel and pipeline metrics
• Genuinely AI-fluent: you use AI tools daily and have built at least one real automation or agent — not just used a chatbot
• Comfortable digging into messy, unstructured data (calls, emails, tickets) to find an answer a dashboard won't give you
• Documents your work well enough that someone else could run it without you in the room
• A structured mindset and a bias for action
• Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
• Genuine interest in how pipeline gets built and converted, not just how data gets cleaned
• Good communication skills, you'll work closely with GTM leadership
• Experience with an AI-native growth stack - think Clay for enrichment/agents, n8n or Make for workflow automation, Claude or ChatGPT for building agents, and intent tools like Koala or Clearbit - is a big plus
