Qualifikationen

• High level of English; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or analytics at top tech firms is advantageous.
• Data-driven, capable of turning numbers into strategy.
• Understanding of coding languages (SQL, R, Python) preferred.
• Proactive problem-solver with stakeholder influence skills.

The Role

As a Growth Senior Analyst, you will independently lead high‑impact global projects and strategies to drive Fever’s entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries. By designing end‑to‑end solutions and managing new business streams, you will collaborate across departments to enhance overall company performance.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to one of Fever’s key markets, focusing on its growth and development.
• Work independently and manage your own pipeline of projects within a business line where you can showcase the value you bring.
• Take part in the exponential growth of Fever by leading global projects that will define the future of the entertainment industry.
• Enhance overall company performance across different business departments that work together in the creation of new plans and events.
• Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business and strategic skills.
• Design end‑to‑end solutions with daily high impact.
• Create, develop and manage new projects such as new business streams, workflows, strategies, and specific departments’ growth.
• Work with people and projects across different markets, focusing on developing new experiences across up to 40 countries.

Who You Are

• Have a bachelor’s in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in Maths, Statistics, Data analytics, or Strategy.
• Have at least 3‑5 years of experience in a business analytics role.
• High level of English required; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage.
• Data‑driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions.
• Generate high business impact based on your decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while working effectively across teams, disciplines, and business cases.
• Understanding of coding languages preferred (SQL, R, Python).
• Proactive problem‑solver and opportunity‑seeker.
