Glovo is seeking a world-class Growth Business Analyst to join the HQ Global Growth Q-commerce team. You will translate data into actionable insights and help shape pricing, loyalty, promotions, and CRM strategies across markets.

You’ll lead end-to-end growth projects, consolidate learnings from experiments, and work closely with senior leaders to drive customer growth, retention, and profitability. The role blends analytics with strategic execution, in a hybrid Berlin HQ environment.

Qualifikationen

• Expert in Google Sheets / Excel; SQL strongly preferred.
• Data-driven mentality: base decisions on data.
• Curious attitude and eager to learn.
• Fluent in English; 3–5 years in fast-paced data-driven environment.
• Bachelor or Master degree in relevant field (Business/Analytics/Engineering).
• Experience in Looker or similar tools; interest in other querying languages.
• Strong project management and storytelling skills.

Aufgaben

• Have a 360 understanding of all growth levers and optimise strategy for the Q-commerce business (pricing, product, loyalty, promotions, consumer understanding, finance planning, customer experience, performance marketing, CRM and incentives).
• Lead the analysis and consolidation of learnings on Growth experiments to guide what worked and what could be improved.
• Translate business needs into insightful analysis to challenge status quo and enable decisions.
• Drive projects end-to-end turning challenges into insights, actions and results.
• Identify growth opportunities to increase user base, frequency and retention while maximizing profitability.
• Collaborate with Glovo leaders (VPs, Growth directors) and contribute to the expansion of the Q-commerce rocket.

THE JOURNEY

Be part of a team where you will:

• Have a 360 understanding of all Glovo growth levers and optimise their strategy for the Q-commerce business (pricing, product, loyalty, promotions, consumer understanding, finance planning, customer experience, performance marketing, CRM and incentives, Comms)


• Be a part of the implementation and execution of the strategies defined in all Glovo markets


• Lead the analysis and consolidation of learnings on the different Growth experiments to be able to provide clear guidance on what worked, what did not work and what could be improved


• Understand business needs and create insightful analysis helping your team challenge the status quo and make the right decisions


• Drive projects end-to-end translating business challenges into insights, actions and results


• Identify growth opportunities to increase our user base, increase frequency and retention rates and maximise profitability


• Work directly with Glovo leaders (VPs, Growth directors, …)


• Have an active role in the expansion of the Glovo Q-commerce rocket

Qualifications

• Expert in Google sheets / Excel. Expertise in SQL strongly preferred


• Data-driven mentality: takes decision based on data and makes business judgement when necessary


• Curious attitude and eager to learn


• Fluent in English


• 3-5 years of prior experience in fast-paced data-driven environment


• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Management, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or similar


• Experience in Looker or similar tools as well as interest in other querying languages is a plus


• Strong project management skills


• Great communication, visualisation & storytelling skills


• Curious attitude and eager to learn
