SumUp’s Manage My Money team seeks a Growth Campaign Lead to own end-to-end delivery of large-scale growth programmes and supervise product launches that shape how merchants discover and adopt financial products.

You’ll drive data-informed decisions, monitor channel performance, and collaborate with CRM, direct mail, and sales teams. This role emphasizes AI-assisted workflows and scalable launch playbooks, based in Berlin.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 yrs experience delivering marketing campaigns or growth programmes.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to turn data into action - monitor performance, build attribution models, translate findings into steps.
• Hands-on experience with at least one GTM channel such as CRM, direct mail, or sales enablement.
• Interest in using AI tools to accelerate workflows.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be great for this role if…

• You have 1-3 yrs experience managing delivery of marketing campaigns or growth programmes, ideally in a fast-growth environment.

• A genuine enthusiasm for using AI tools to accelerate workflows and improve how work gets done.
