A leading international FMCG company is seeking a strategic and hands‑on supply chain expert to drive excellence in production and materials planning across a multi‑country manufacturing network.

Your Mission:

You will own and evolve group‑wide standards for factory scheduling and materials planning, acting as a process owner and internal consultant. This includes designing and rolling out planning templates, systems, and KPIs, and supporting local teams through coaching, training, and capability building.

You’ll lead or support improvement initiatives, analyze performance data, and collaborate cross‑functionally with Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and IT to optimize end‑to‑end supply chain processes. The role offers international exposure, strategic influence, and the opportunity to shape digital transformation in planning.

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience in supply chain or production planning, ideally in FMCG manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of MRP, capacity planning, APS/ERP systems
• Experience in multi‑plant or network planning environments
• Hands‑on planning or logistics experience
• Affinity for data, systems, and new technologies
• Excellent communication and intercultural skills
• Fluent in English
