We are seeking an exceptional Group Product Manager to lead our Customer Subscription & Loyalty group. You will be responsible for our new Bolt Plus programme, scaling it further, and innovating ways to engage customers across all our markets and verticals.

About The Role

Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for Bolt's customer subscription and loyalty programmes, including Bolt Plus. Manage end-to-end ownership from business case to global launch, with P&L responsibilities and a focus on growth. Develop and execute roadmaps aligned with company goals and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Your daily responsibilities:

• Define and drive the strategy for Bolt’s subscription and loyalty programmes across various verticals.
• Own the entire lifecycle from business case to scaling across markets.
• Manage P&L and growth initiatives.
• Create and implement short- and long-term roadmaps aligned with company objectives.
• Communicate strategy and updates effectively to teams and leadership.
• Contribute to growth strategies across all verticals.

What we expect:

• 10+ years in product management, with 3+ years in a senior role delivering strategic outcomes.
• Experience building 0-to-1 products and managing growth/loyalty products with proven business results.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen, capable of operating under uncertainty.
• Experience with P&L ownership and relevant business processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build cross-functional partnerships.
• Degree in a quantitative field; proficient in English.
