Zusammenfassung

IT-Systemhaus der Bundesagentur für Arbeit sucht eine*n Ground Test Designer für Design Improvements & Projects in Hamburg-Finkenwerder. Sie arbeiten an Prozessoptimierung, Kostenreduktion in Funktionsprüfungen und koordinieren internationale Abstimmungen.

Sie bringen 1–3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Luftfahrt bzw. Change Management oder Prozessverbesserung mit, beherrschen SAP und Google Workspace und reisen ca. 1–2 Mal pro Quartal international.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering oder related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in aircraft construction, Change Management oder process improvement.
• Supplier management und project management im technischen Umfeld.
• Gute SAP- und Google Workspace-Kenntnisse; Airbus-Tools (LBIP, Planisware) vorteilhaft.
• Kenntnisse zu zivilen Luftfahrtstandards und CA-Dokumentationsprozessen.
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation in funktionsübergreifenden, internationalen Kontexten.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Französisch vorteilhaft.
• Bereitschaft zu globalen Reisen 1–2 Mal pro Quartal.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in aircraft construction, Change Management, or process improvement.
• Competence in supplier management and project management within a technical context.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace tools; familiarity with Airbus project management tools (e.g., LBIP, Planisware) is an advantage.
• Sound understanding of civil aviation standards and (CA)‑documentation processes.
• Outstanding communication skills, collaborating effectively in cross‑functional and international settings.
• Proficient language skills in German and English; French proficiency is a plus.
• A knack for taking initiative, embracing agile workflows, and thriving in a fast‑paced, ambitious environment.
• Willingness to travel globally approximately 1‑2 times per quarter.
