Job summary

Wolt in Hamburg is hiring Grocery Associates to join the Market team. The role supports order fulfilment, goods handling, and customer experience in-store, with flexible shifts and potential for part-time or full-time schedules.

You’ll take orders via the Merchant app, assist with picking and packing groceries, unload deliveries, and maintain store organization. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus, and you must have the right to work in Germany.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery or retail is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and learn quickly.
• Flexible to work mornings, evenings, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

We are looking for Grocery Associates to join our Wolt Market team in Hamburg!

At this moment, based on our business needs, we are focusing on the profiles who will be able to work both part-time and full-time, based on the specific needs!

What you’ll be doing

• Taking in orders through our Merchant app
• Picking and packing groceries, and handing them to customers and courier partners
• Unloading food and supplies that we receive from vendors
• Managing our internal systems which include precise information about nutrients and allergens
• Maintaining order and cleanliness of the store

• You are proactive and a fast learner with the ability to multitask
• Flexibility with working in shifts in the mornings, evenings and nights, including weekends and public holidays
• Experience from working in a grocery store is an advantage!
• You are fluent in English. Fluency in German is a plus!
• You have the right to work in Germany
