An established and growing international iGaming business is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join its expanding creative team in Düsseldorf.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that is investing heavily in its marketing and product functions, with several new hires planned across CRM, Content, Product and Acquisition. You'll work alongside an experienced Head of Design and collaborate with marketing, CRM and product teams to create engaging, high-performing creative across multiple digital channels.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing acquisition and retention creatives across casino and sportsbook products.
• Creating digital assets for paid social campaigns, display advertising, CRM and email marketing.
• Producing landing pages, website graphics, promotional banners and in-platform assets.
• Designing social media content, campaign visuals and marketing collateral.
• Working with internal stakeholders to deliver creative campaigns across multiple regulated markets.
• Maintaining brand consistency while contributing fresh creative ideas.
• Supporting the production of print materials, merchandise and event assets where required.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Commercial Graphic Design experience, ideally within iGaming, sports betting or a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign), with experience using Figma.
• Experience creating high-volume digital marketing assets across multiple channels.
• An understanding of acquisition marketing, CRM and performance-focused creative.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Motion graphics or video editing experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
