Accenture is building the next generation of AI agents and GenAI solutions on Google Cloud. You will lead design, development, and deployment of intelligent agents and data-driven platforms, collaborating with experts across the business to transform client environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with Generative AI, conversational AI tools, and modern data platforms, with a focus on German and English communication and a strong drive for innovative AI technology.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Generative AI (e.g. Prompt Design, Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or MCP.
• Safe handling of AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Gemini CLI or Cursor).
• Knowledge of data warehousing (e.g., BigQuery), SQL, and the development of modern ETL/ELT processes (e.g., Dataflow, Dataproc).
• Experience in conversational AI (e.g., Dialogflow CX, Amazon Lex, Azure AI Bot) and prompt engineering.

🚀 Conception and implementation of AI agents

You will take the lead in the design, development and implementation of intelligent AI agents and GenAI solutions based on the Google Cloud Platform – thus contributing directly to the digital transformation of our customers.

You develop innovative conversational AI solutions – e.g. based on Dialogflow CX – and use prompt engineering to create modern, effective and user-centric AI experiences.

Together with the team, you will design and develop high-performance data platforms in the Google Cloud, which serve as the basis for data-driven business solutions for our customers.
