Hitaj Digital is a growth partner for ambitious E‑Commerce brands based in Frankfurt. We help shops scale to 7‑digit annual revenues using Google Ads, Google Shopping and our signal‑based PMAX system.
Responsibilities
- Client‑success and account management: own diverse online shops, provide strategy, optimization tools and accountability.
- Kickoffs and roadmaps: analyze a detailed audit, define a high‑probability roadmap.
- Weekly accountability calls: identify blockers, answer questions, define next optimization steps.
- Google Chat support: give quick answers, Loom videos, screenshots of successes.
- Deliver measurable results for our clients.
- Bridge between sales and operations, manage renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with specialists on account strategy and campaign setup, including PMAX and search campaigns.
- Develop and refine copy for Google Ads, sitelinks and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing, especially Google Ads; comfortable with e‑commerce and shopping campaigns.
- Hands‑on experience with shops at 10,000 €+ monthly ad spend.
- Strong communication, emotional intelligence and ability to hold clients accountable.
- Deep understanding of CLTV, CPA, ROAS, CTR and other performance metrics.
- Proactive, results‑orientated, self‑motivated and ready to give 110 %.
