Now, we’re growing our network across the EUROPE region and looking for a Global Talent Partner (freelance) — someone with strong knowledge of the EU and UK markets, based anywhere in EUROPE.

As part of our global team, you’ll work with international clients, manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, and bring your own local expertise into a truly global environment.

What you’ll do:
  • Manage sourcing, screening, and shortlisting processes for diverse roles.
  • Communicate directly with clients and hiring managers.
  • Use modern tools and ATS platforms to ensure smooth recruitment workflows.
  • Collaborate with a global team that values agility, insight, and human connection.
What we’re looking for:
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in‑house).
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Experience hiring for tech, commercial, or operations roles.
