About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Global Supply Chain Manager to oversee and enhance our supply chain operations across Germany and international markets. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service excellence in a dynamic packaging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of global supply chain strategies in alignment with business goals.
• Manage day-to-day operations across procurement, production planning, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
• Coordinate S&OP processes to align demand and supply effectively.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels to improve service levels and reduce costs.
• Collaborate closely with production, sales, R&D, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to digital transformation and sustainability efforts within the supply chain.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and assist in contract negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with international trade and logistics regulations.

Your Profile

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in packaging or process manufacturing.
• Experience managing multi-country supply chains and working in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and supply chain analytics.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, sustainability practices, and digital tools is a plus.
