Tasks
  • Define the global Aftermarket vision, purpose, and long-term strategic roadmap, fully aligned with corporate goals
  • Lead global strategic market development across key industry verticals (e.g., MedTech, Diagnostics, Aviation, Energy, Industrial & Machinery, Agriculture)
  • Drive and manage high-impact strategic initiatives to identify, assess, and operationalize new revenue and market opportunities across regions, channels, and customer segments
  • Foster strong collaboration with regional leadership, sales teams, and key internal stakeholders to ensure best-practice sharing and aligned execution
  • Represent the Business Unit in selected strategic customer and partner engagements to strengthen long-term relationships

Requirements
  • Master in Business Administration or related field & 6 years or Bachelor & 8 years work experience
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities

  • Comfortable with business travel (also on short notice)
