Your Responsibilities
- Launch strategy and execution supported through leadership of the Enterprise Data & Systems Readiness Program across sales and service functions, ensuring alignment with ERP (SAP) and CRM (Salesforce) systems.
- Business concepts and processes translated into core IT systems in close coordination with IT and global/regional stakeholders.
- Aligning existing business process to new SaaS model for Sales, Marketing & Service domains.
- KPIs established and continuous improvement driven through data-driven insights and structured post-launch performance reviews.
- Sales intelligence and reporting enhanced through the design and delivery of standardized dashboards tracking performance, pipeline health, customer adoption, and subscription metrics.
- Actionable insights generated in collaboration with commercial and analytics teams to inform sales strategies and customer success initiatives.
- Stakeholder alignment and launch support ensured by aligning departmental goals with enterprise strategies and regional operating plans under the Ecosystem Launch Office.
- Leading the effort of new Rev Models to support the commercialization strategy of these software product offerings.
- Scalable tools, SOPs, and training materials developed to standardize launch and intelligence processes across the organization.
- Cross-functional integration strengthened across legal, finance, marketing, IT, and commercial leadership to support cohesive execution.
- Project management and governance reinforced through oversight of timelines, deliverables, and resources tied to the Enterprise Data & Systems Readiness initiative, with ongoing updates provided to senior leadership.
- Governance structures and communication plans implemented to drive accountability and organizational engagement.
- Budget and resource management executed through planning, forecasting, and executive reporting on financial performance and resource allocation.
Your qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or Analytics, preferred. Master’s degree a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in global/regional cross functional business transformation Initiatives in Sales & Service, SAP/salesforce (project) experience, commercial operations, business intelligence, or launch project management, preferably in MedTech or life sciences.
- Experience in product, project, and launch management, commercial activities, and business transformation.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives using Agile Methodologies.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skillset with a high level of business acumen.
- Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills, including experience interfacing with executive leadership and key external customers.
- Strong collaboration skills in dealing with multiple competing priorities, domains, and levels of leadership.
- Ability to navigate and influence within complex, matrixed organizations in a global environment.
- Proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce), financial modelling, and performance tracking tools.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
- Familiarity with subscription models, customer lifecycle tracking, and post-market performance analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English required.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
