Global Sales Manager – Baden-Württemberg – Up to €125,000 + Bonus (d / m / w)

In this position, you will take overall accountability for the worldwide sales and distribution activities of their flagship product line. As a key leader, you will define and implement the global sales framework, oversee regional performance, and collaborate closely with international subsidiaries, strategic partners, and internal departments.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the design, implementation, and continuous refinement of our global sales approach electromechanical components
  • Provide both technical and disciplinary leadership to the international Global Sales & Distribution, fostering collaboration and performance excellence
  • Formulate and oversee a comprehensive global distribution strategy, integrating both traditional and digital sales channels to maximize market coverage
  • Identify opportunities and develop tailored go-to-market initiatives that address specific regional market dynamics, trends, and growth potential
  • Coordinate annual sales planning activities with regional offices, defining measurable objectives and tracking key performance indicators, including revenue, activity, and pipeline goals
  • Establish, nurture, and manage strong relationships with international sales partners and subsidiaries, ensuring alignment through goal setting and regular performance assessments
  • Guarantee transparency and control over sales performance through data-driven management of leads, prospects, and opportunities
  • Oversee the utilization and advancement of central sales tools (CRM platforms), ensuring data integrity and supporting digital transformation and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Completed a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar
  • 5+ years’ experience in a sales role, within the electromechanical components sector
  • An additional 3+ years’ experience in international sales leadership, also within the electromechanical components sector
  • Expertise in distribution management, partner coordination, and channel development
  • Strong Project Management capabilities, with experience managing parallel projects on a global scale
  • Proficient in SAP R/3 and CRM systems
  • Your approach is confident, persuasive, and customer-focused, along with exceptional negotiation, acquisition, and closing skills
  • Willing and able to travel internationally
  • Fluency in German & English is mandatory
