SIXT is seeking a Global Quality Manager Audits (m/f/d) to drive ISO 9001 and 14001 audits and elevate service standards worldwide. You will partner with country managers, translate insights into actions, and develop training and documentation to ensure global quality and environmental compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related field.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You will be responsible for driving our Quality and Environmental Audit (ISO 9001 and 14001)
• You will work closely together with our country managers to ensure all branches meet the ISO requirementsand are the interface between the global teams and our auditor
• You develop trainings, guidelines and documentation for ISO
• You conduct internal on-site audits at our largest SIXT branches worldwide — ensuring quality and environmental standards
• You drive the continuous development of our quality tools and define new processes and SOPs to elevate our service standards
• You proactively identify opportunities to enhance our quality and environmental standards and ensure that they are in accordance with the ISO requirements

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• EducationYou hold a degree with a focus on business, economics, or a related field — giving you the academic foundation to think strategically about quality and customer experience; ideally, you have a certification as QMR (Quality Management Representative) or EMR (Environmental Management Representative)
• ExperienceYou have professional experience in quality management and ISO audits — ideally both for ISO9001 and ISO14001
• Hands-on Mentality & Mobility You enjoy working directly with branch managers and teams on the ground, turning improvement ideas into tangible operational results – with a willingness to travel regularly to our locations across the regions
• Analytical Mindset You work independently, prioritize effectively, and bring a structured, process-oriented approach to everything you do
• Communication & TeamworkYou are a confident communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams and knows how to consistently motivate yourself and stakeholders across different cultures and hierarchies
• Tools & Languages You are proficient in MS Office and communicate fluently in both English and German
