Harvey Nash is seeking a Global Project Manager (m/f/d) – Supply Chain for the Greater Stuttgart Area. You will lead complex transformation programs, develop business cases, and establish project governance with a global, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities include setting up the program, evaluating tools, managing change, and ensuring on-time delivery while coordinating with stakeholders across regions. Travel 10-20% is expected.

Competenze

• Proven project management skills in waterfall and agile with experience in applying project management tools and methods is a must.
• Certifications like Prince2, Scrum Master, or other is a plus.
• Experience in supply chain & logistics processes, especially Global Trade Compliance.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop project charter and Business case (value, ROI of the project)
• Setting up project organization and governance
• Tool/solution evaluation and implementation
• Communication and change management plan and execution
• Addressing stabilization phase, enhance and validate of project achievement for signoff
• Travell requirement 10%-20%

Your background

• Business Administration, Supply Chain or comparable.
• Proven project management skills in waterfall and agile with experience in applying project management tools and methods is a must. Certifications like Prince2, Scrum Master, or other is a plus.
• M365 (especially MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Teams) basics knowledge is a must
• Project Management Application knowledge (Jira, MS Project or others) is a plus
• Experience working as project manager on transformations
• supply chain & logistics process (in particular Global Trade Compliance, Drive shipment/logistics process improvement)
• Experience with Oracle ERP (or similar), GTM tools (Global Trade Mgmt) is a plus, system/process/data integration experience is a plus
• Very good effective planning and organization skills
• Proven change management experience is a must
• Solid experience with cross-functional stakeholder management, risk and dependency management
• Good communication and collaboration skills in a global environment
• Good knowledge of English is a must, written and spoken. German and/or Japanese is a plus.
• Self-starter with analytical mindset, ability to delve into technical details as well as manage key business stakeholders
• Diversity & Inclusion management skill
• Teamwork - must be able to lead several cross-functional teams to get their respective jobs done
