Global Program Manager HR Transformation (m/f/d)

Our client is the world's leading supplier of automatic test equipment for the semiconductor and telecommunication industry. By providing test and measurement tools for research and development and assurance of product quality, our client plays an essential role in transforming high-tech innovations into practical, commercial applications. At its locations in Böblingen we are searching for a Global Program Manager HR Transformation (m/f/d).

Location: Boeblingen

Type of contract: unlimited permanent position direct with our client

Your key tasks:

  • Your role will focus on Global Human Capital transformation projects as well as other cross-functional initiatives
  • You will collaborate closely with business process champions and the business process architecture team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • You will maximize business value delivery, enabling stakeholders to understand and assess the impact of end-to-end processes and make informed decisions in a timely manner.
  • You will be accountable for driving and leading project teams, ensuring collaboration between internal teams and customers to achieve smooth and timely execution across all project phases.
  • You will develop and present business cases, focusing on value generation and ROI
  • You will define and implement the Target Operating Model covering process, data, governance, tools/solutions, and organizational structure
  • You will manage the evaluation, selection, and implementation of tools and solutions
  • You will lead in- and external communication efforts across all project stakeholders
  • You will plan and execute change management strategies to ensure adoption and sustainability
  • You will oversee the stabilization phase, validating project outcomes, and ensure successful project sign-off

Your Profile:

  • Experience in effective collaboration with both internal and, external stakeholders, as well as the recipients of the deliverables
  • Proven program/project management experience
  • Background in Human Capital (e.g., HR, organizational development)
  • Competency in Diversity & Inclusion management
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams
  • Solid project management skills, including practical application of tools and methodologies
  • Experience in selection and/or implementation of HR Software, e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong teamwork abilities - must be capable of leading cross-functional, cross-business teams
  • Ability to translate requirements into actionable items
  • Effective planning and organizational skills
  • Experience in Change Management is a plus
  • Certifications in business or process analysis like Lean Six Sigma is nice to have
  • Strong global communication skills in English
  • Willingness to travel once a quarter
